This organic red wine from Romania’s Dealurile Satmarului region is made from 100% Blaufrankisch. It’s vibrant and expressive, with juicy fruit, earthy depth and a spicy finish. Naturally fermented and aged in old oak, it’s bottled unfined and unfiltered. A wine with character, freshness and ageing potential.
Produced by Nachbil, a family-run estate in Beltiug, the winery has been certified organic since 2017. Grapes are dry-farmed and handpicked, fermented with wild yeasts and aged 11 months in 2000L old oak barrels. Minimal intervention ensures purity and terroir expression.
