Hawksbill Spiced Rum is a Caribbean spiced rum combining rums from Guyana and Trinidad with a distinctive blend of warming spices.

Vanilla, raisin, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger create a rich and aromatic profile, with cardamom and sea salt adding further depth and balance.

• The nose is sweet and inviting, with vanilla, dried fruit and warming spice alongside subtle tropical notes.
• On the palate, soft vanilla and raisin are joined by toasted nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. A touch of sea salt helps balance the sweetness.

Bottled at 37.5% ABV, Hawksbill works well neat over ice or with a simple mixer such as cola or ginger ale.
