The Macharnudo and Carrascal pagos express the best of the soils intense and salty flavour. The Solera, with over 6 years of biological ageing in a total of 139 casks. A selection of the casks, number 79, 95 and 96 are on the second floor of the Gran Bodega Tio Pepe.
- The wine presents a yellow hue with hints of gold, displaying a pristine and luminous appearance
- It exhibits delicate legs. Boasting an intense and robust aroma reminiscent of the flor veil, chalk, dried fruits, alongside citric, saline, and mineral undertones
- On the palate, it delivers freshness, salinity, and flavour
- The finish is enduring and harmonious, echoing salt, hazelnuts, yeast, and green olives, with a dry and subtly bitter lingering taste
