An unfiltered Manzanilla sherry made by Hijos de Rainera Perez Marin in Sanlucar de Barrameda. The wine is crafted from 100% Palomino grapes grown in the coastal Miraflores vineyard, one of the region’s most prestigious sites.
Aged under flor for around five years in American oak butts. It is bottled with minimal filtration to preserve freshness and complexity. This wine is certified vegan and showcases the saline character typical of Manzanilla from Sanlucar.
