Twin Fin Rum

Founded in 2012, Twin Fin Distillery reflects the rising passion for craft spirits. This independent, family-run distillery is nestled in the heart of Cornwall, drawing inspiration from the county’s dramatic coastline and vibrant culture, while blending in the tropical flair of the Caribbean.

Cornwall’s rugged landscapes, artistic heritage, and coastal energy combine with the warmth and vibrancy of the Caribbean to shape Twin Fin’s unique rums. Master distiller Tarquin Leadbetter, known for Tarquin’s Gin, carefully orchestrates this blend, ensuring each rum embodies both Cornish authenticity and Caribbean spirit.

Twin Fin rums are crafted using four copper pot stills - Tamara, Senara, Tressa, and Ferrara. These traditional stills bring depth, texture, and complexity to each spirit. Local Cornish ingredients, including fruits and spices, are carefully distilled and then blended with select Caribbean rums from top distilleries, resulting in a rich, multi-layered flavour profile.

The collection offers a range of rums that are both fruity and spiced, combining Cornish freshness with tropical warmth. Whether served neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails, Twin Fin rums transport you on a journey across the landscapes that inspired them.
