This Premier Cru Chablis comes from Le Domaine d’Henri, the family estate founded by Michel Laroche in northern Burgundy. The Heritage cuvee is sourced from old Chardonnay vines planted in 1937 within the Fourchaume vineyard, producing greater concentration and mineral intensity. Kimmeridgian limestone soils and careful vineyard management shape a wine focused on precision and longevity. Vinified using a combination of stainless steel, stoneware and oak ageing, the wine balances freshness with layered texture. Extended lees ageing and low-intervention handling preserve purity while allowing additional depth and structure to develop over time.
