La Violetta Das Sakrileg Riesling
This Riesling is sourced from vineyards in Denmark and Mount Barker in Western Australia's Great Southern region. La Violetta was founded by AJ Hoadley, who honed his craft across Australia, Piedmont, Abruzzo and Washington State. His wines are crafted in small batches with minimal intervention and wild fermentation.
The fruit is oxidatively handled and matured on lees without sulphur, with partial malolactic fermentation adding softness. The result is a wine with layered texture and minerality. It is vegan-friendly and made using natural methods, crafted for those seeking something distinctive.
