The 2015 vintage shows excellent botrytis development across the estate’s gravelly limestone soils, delivering a wine of concentration without heaviness, supported by Coutet’s signature vibrancy.

• Pale to medium gold with bright amber highlights. Expressive aromas of honey, orange blossom, candied citrus and ripe stone fruit. Hints of saffron, spice and floral lift add further complexity.
• Rich and layered, combining flavours of apricot, mango, pineapple and citrus marmalade. The palate is generous yet finely tuned, with acidity providing lift and definition through the sweetness.
• Elegant and persistent, with lingering honeyed fruit, citrus peel and delicate spice.

A classic pairing with foie gras, Roquefort or Stilton, as well as fruit tarts, creme bulee and almond-based desserts.
