Naud 12 Year Old Rum
Naud distillery takes a 12 year old Venezuelan golden rum which has been ageing in ex-Bourbon casks. They then lay it down for an additional 6 months in French oak barrels which previously housed Cognac from the Naud cellars. The humidity and high temperatures impart a unique flavour profile on to the bourbon barrels.
- On the nose Naud 12 Year Old Rum has rich notes of chocolate and tropical fruits. Enjoy coconut and pineapple and hints of oak.
- The palate bursts with notes of French oak, vanilla and more tropical flavours.
- Leading into a persistent, long finish of vanilla and spices
Pairs beautifully with vanilla desserts, coconut cake, or spiced fruit tarts.
