Burning Barn Spiced Rum is a bold and warming spirit crafted in Warwickshire, inspired by the family barn fire of 2015. This artisanal rum captures the heat, smoke, and resilience of the original blaze.
Made in three metre wide, heavy copper pans that are traditionally used for toffee making. They infuse the aromatic mix directly into their special blend of rums, before diluting to bottling strength.
- A massive hit of toasted coconut, vanilla and molasses
- Smooth and rounded, full of aromatic allspice and a spike of chilli on the tongue
- Followed by a long, warming ginger finish
This spiced rum is perfect served over ice, in warming winter cocktails, or paired with dark chocolate desserts, spiced nuts, or grilled tropical fruits.
