The UK’s first hand-crafted smoked rum, inspired by the family barn lost to fire in 2015. This artisanal spirit is crafted with locally-grown apple wood, carefully chipped, seasoned, and smoked in a bespoke oak-lidded stainless steel tank. The rum blend is then cold-smoked before being diluted to bottling strength, creating a truly unique flavour.
