The wine undergoes natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts to enhance aroma. Fresh natural Patagonian strawberry pulp is added before bottling, imparting a delicate salmon pink colour and distinctive fruity character. The wine is medium dry with balanced acidity and persistent fine bubbles. At 8% alcohol, it offers a lighter sparkling style suitable for various occasions.
