Produced in Spain’s Rioja Oriental region, this Reserva is made by Bodegas Ontanon, a fifth-generation family estate. Grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Sierra de Yerga, including La Pasada (Tempranillo) and La Montesa (Graciano). The red wine reflects the estate’s focus on elegance, structure and longevity.
After a long maceration, the wine is aged for 12 months in a mix of American and French oak barrels, followed by 24 months in bottle. This process enhances complexity while preserving freshness and balance.
