This single-vineyard Tempranillo from Rioja Alavesa is organically farmed and crafted by Artadi, one of Spain’s most respected producers. Grown at 600m altitude in Laguardia, the wine is aged in French oak for 12 months. It delivers a precise balance of elegance, minerality and structure.
The Valdegines vineyard was planted in 1989 on calcareous clay soils with east-facing exposure. Artadi’s approach focuses on terroir expression, using spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention. The result is a wine with finesse, purity and ageing potential.
