Since it’s opening in 2006, The English Distillery has gone from strength to strength and is the pioneer for English single malt whisky. So much so that at the renowned World Whiskies awards 2024 they won ‘World’s Best Single Malt Whisky’ for their sherry cask matured whisky.
The English distillery has matured their Norfolk single malt in a range of hand selected Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The result is a bold English single malt bursting with notes of rich stewed fruits, chocolate, vanilla and honey leading into an incredibly long finish with hints of sweetness from the Sherry influence.
