Seignette VS Cognac

A contemporary homage to the original Seignette Cognac, established some 200 years ago.

The Seignette family can trace its roots back to the 17th century and were known as leaders in salt and Cognac trading in La Rochelle, France. 

The VS Cognac has notes of dried apricot, vanilla and honeysuckle on the nose, followed by oaky vanilla and citrus on the palate.

It was created to inspire bartenders and can be used as the base in a number of cocktails due to its versatility.
