"Single Estate" means that all agaves used to make this tequila have come from one specific field after 8 years average growth. It'll be at least 8 years before this field is harvested again. 

Master Distiller Carlos Camarena creates Ocho at 'Destileria la Altena'. It is made carefullly in small quantities the artisanal way of times past. This results in a pure tequila which has an exceptionally full and complex agave flavour while being smooth and balanced.
