Maker's Mark London Edition Bourbon Whisky

This is a limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon from the Maker’s Mark Wood Finishing Series, created to reflect the character of London. Built on cask strength bourbon, it is finished with a bespoke combination of oak staves selected by London-based collaborators. The result is a bold, modern expression that retains the distillery’s signature smooth, wheated style.

Produced in Loretto, Kentucky, Maker’s Mark is known for using red winter wheat instead of rye, creating a softer and more rounded flavour profile. This release enhances that foundation through additional wood finishing, adding depth, spice and aromatic complexity.

• The nose shows toasted vanilla, orange peel and salted caramel with hints of floral sweetness and oak.
• The palate delivers orchard fruits, honeycomb and warming spice with tobacco and marshmallow richness.
• The finish is long and warming with pepper, citrus brightness and lingering vanilla.
