This limited Campbeltown single malt was matured for eight years exclusively in bourbon casks at Glengyle Distillery. Bottled at natural cask strength without chill filtration or added colouring. Bourbon cask maturation brings creamy texture and layered sweetness while preserving the whisky’s mineral freshness and gentle smoke.
- The nose shows butterscotch, custard creams and poached pear with gentle notes of apple butter and white miso.
- The palate is creamy and layered, combining caramel chocolate, shortbread crust and white grape with soft smoky depth.
- The finish carries green peppercorn, honeydew melon and lingering ashy notes with balanced coastal freshness.
