Distilled in 2007, having matured in a single cask, it spent its final 19 months finishing in an Oloroso Sherry hogshead. Cask #354547 was finally cracked open in 2021 by James Eadie, releasing a total of 259 bottles at a cask strength of 56.1% ABV.
This Scottish Whisky has aromas of Nutella, toasted teacakes with melted butter, marmalade, and creamy vanilla. Flavours of milk chocolate, spiced orange, red berries, and a touch of oak. A Single Malt with a finish that boasts of caramel, with cloves, fresh herbs, and vegetal zest.
