The 2024 release of Isle of Raasay cask strength whisky takes their peated and unpeated spirts and matures them separately before marrying them together in a mixture of first fill rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Bottled at a cask strength of 61.3%.
- Enjoy lightly peated notes on the nose intertwined with dark berry fruits
- The palate is bold and powerful with more notes of stewed fruits, chocolate and hints of kitchen spices
