The epitome of the Dalmore style, bold and refined, Dalmore 18-Year-Old is an annual limited edition that has been meticulously hand crafted by Dalmore’s master distiller, Gregg Glass. This Highland single malt begins its journey in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in 30-year-old hand selected Oloroso sherry casks from the Gonzalez Byass bodega in Spain.
Just like the Dalmore Stag that is said to be a symbol of strength, power, and longevity the Dalmore 18-year-old displays a bold, powerful flavour profile. Enjoy notes of vanilla, dark chocolate and citrus on the nose leading into a powerful palate with more dark chocolate, raisins, and subtle hints of coffee. The finish, like all Dalmore single malts is rich and complex with a long, persistent finished of stewed fruits and toffee fudge.
