In the production process, the team first ferments and double-distils a combination of corn and malted barley, resulting in a velvety Bourbon base. Following this, peanuts and hazelnuts are roasted, ground together, and subjected to a third distillation to impart their flavours into the Bourbon-style malt base, selectively extracting the hearts of the spirit.

The outcome is a bottled essence of peanuts, contributing to a delightfully smooth Bourbon profile rich in nutty nuances. Careful attention has been paid to avoid any overly sweet qualities, ensuring a refined beverage with reduced viscosity.

This unique concoction is best enjoyed over ice for a straightforward serving. Alternatively, for a distinctive twist, a few dashes of Angostura bitters can be added and stirred, culminating in a 'Peanut Butter Old Fashioned,' garnished with an orange twist.
