The Canasta Cask Matured whisky is a special edition release that has been matured in Spanish sherry casks that previously held Canasta sherry. The casks have imparted a rich and sweet flavor profile to the whisky, with notes of dried fruit, caramel, and honey and is bottled at a cask strength of 51.2% ABV.
