Now approaching full maturity, this 1996 vintage shows the refinement and depth developed through extended ageing in French oak casks. It balances richness with elegance, offering a mature and expressive style that is immediately enjoyable while still retaining structure.

• Deep amber with warm copper highlights, reflecting long oak maturation. Aromatic and layered, with notes of dried apricot, fig and subtle violet. Soft walnut, gentle spice and faint floral tones add complexity.
• Smooth and rounded, showing dried fruit character alongside notes of walnut oil, caramel and soft spice. The oak influence is integrated, providing depth without overpowering the fruit.
• Long, warm and elegant, with lingering dried fruit, gentle nuttiness and floral lift.

Best served neat in a tulip glass to appreciate its aromatic detail and evolving character.
