• Deep amber with mahogany highlights, showing the depth of long cask ageing. Complex and evolved, with layers of dried fruits, orange peel and subtle spice. Notes of toasted oak, vanilla and a gentle nuttiness add further dimension.
• Smooth and well-integrated, offering flavours of candied fruit, prunes and soft caramel. Oak influence is evident but balanced, bringing structure without overwhelming the fruit.
