This bone-dry sparkling wine is made in Alt Penedes using organic Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes. Can Virgili combine family tradition with creative winemaking, fermenting for 25 days and ageing for up to 12 months. The wine is produced using the traditional method with no added sugar and minimal intervention. It is vegan, vegetarian and organically farmed, with a lean, mineral-driven profile.
