Juan Gil 12 Silver Label Monastrell

A powerful yet polished red wine from Jumilla in south-eastern Spain, made exclusively from old-vine Monastrell. The grapes are sourced from estate parcels of vines over 40 years old, rooted in shallow, chalky soils rich in limestone and rock.

These low-yielding vines naturally concentrate flavour, giving the wine depth, structure, and intensity. Following a long maceration of 25 days, the wine is matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, adding complexity while preserving the purity of fruit that defines Juan Gil’s signature style.
