This Spanish white wine comes from Rioja's D.O.Ca, a historic region renowned for ageworthy oak‑aged whites. Crafted by Bodegas Faustino, a historic family winery founded in 1861 with deep Rioja heritage, it blends Viura and Chardonnay.
Both varieties ferment and age separately for six to eight months in new French and American oak barrels. They then rest in bottle to develop balanced structure and refined nuances that reflect thoughtful ageing practice.
