This full-bodied Spanish red is crafted from 100% Tinto Fino, the local name for Tempranillo, grown in the heart of Ribera del Duero. Aged in new French oak for up to 18 months, followed by extended bottle ageing, it delivers a rich, structured profile with deep fruit and spice. Its bold character makes it a natural match for robust dishes.
Produced by Vega Sicilia, Spain’s most iconic winery, Alion is made at a dedicated facility just 15km from the original estate. The vineyards span Padilla de Duero, Valbuena de Duero and Pesquera de Duero, with vines averaging 40 years. The winemaking philosophy blends tradition with modern precision, using oak and concrete vats to enhance elegance and balance.
