Chase GB Gin is a juniper-forward London Dry style gin made from scratch at Chase Distillery in Herefordshire. It begins with Chase’s award-winning potato vodka, which is redistilled with ten carefully selected botanicals. The result is a bold, full-bodied spirit that reflects the distillery’s farm-to-bottle ethos.
The botanicals include juniper buds and berries, bitter almond, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon bark, clove, coriander seed, ginger, lemon peel and liquorice root. Each batch is copper pot distilled on the family farm, using water drawn from an aquifer beneath the estate. Chase GB Gin is suitable for vegans.
