Orin Swift Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc

This Russian River Valley white wine is made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grown in a cooler Sonoma climate. Since the mid 2000’s, Orin Swift has produced an opulent Sauvignon Blanc from the Napa Valley. Blank Stare represents a new direction.

Most of the wine ferments in stainless steel to preserve aromatics, with a portion barrel fermented in new French oak. Four months ageing brings subtle richness while maintaining lively acidity and a nervy structure.

• The nose shows white guava, gooseberry and freshly cut grass, lifted by kaffir lime and lemongrass notes.
• The palate of Orin Swift Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc is driven by lemon‑lime sorbet, starfruit, kiwi and grapefruit rind.
• The finish turns creamy with hints of creme fraiche and key lime pie, balanced by pointed, refreshing acidity.
