This second release from Ballymorgan farm, located in County Wexford and cultivated by grower Robert Milne, continues to push the boundaries of transparency, traceability, and flavour in Irish whiskey.

Produced from 100% Irish barley grown in a single location, the spirit is carefully distilled and matured using a combination of premium oak casks, each selected to highlight the grain’s natural character. The result is a complex, layered whiskey that offers both freshness and depth, making it a standout within Waterford’s growing collection.
