Produced by Viticoltori Friulani La Delizia, established in 1931, the winery is the largest in the region and known for its technical precision and terroir-driven wines. This spumante is crafted from Glera and Ribolla Gialla grapes, historically cultivated by the Romans. The wine undergoes re-fermentation in pressurised tanks using selected yeasts and sugar, followed by stabilisation and filtration.
