Crafted on the remote Orkney Islands, this special edition single malt is the result of a rare collaboration between three of Highland Park’s legendary whisky makers. Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane, and John Ramsay. Their collective vision was to explore the influence of wood and cask seasoning on flavour.
- Highland Park Triskelion Single Malt Scotch Whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, American oak casks, ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads. With a touch of refill casks for softness.
- Rich, complex notes of Seville oranges, sultanas, raisins, sweet apricots and heather honey.
- Balanced by aromatic peat smoke and a warming finish of crushed coriander seed and oak spice.
