Step into the world of Rockfield Spirits, an exhilarating new distillery nestled in the heart of Hereford cathedral city. Renowned for its cider heritage and scenic surroundings, Hereford provides the perfect backdrop.

Their distillery occupies the site of a former cider mill once owned by the esteemed Boulton family. Back in 1840, this mill graced the land known as Priory Meadow, a place deeply entwined with Herefordshire's cider-making legacy.

Rockfield are reviving this historical connection, infusing it with a contemporary flair. Departing from traditional cider barrels, embracing the fine art of distillation using copper stills and bottles, crafting the essence of Hereford in every sip.
