Their distillery occupies the site of a former cider mill once owned by the esteemed Boulton family. Back in 1840, this mill graced the land known as Priory Meadow, a place deeply entwined with Herefordshire's cider-making legacy.

Rockfield are reviving this historical connection, infusing it with a contemporary flair. Departing from traditional cider barrels, embracing the fine art of distillation using copper stills and bottles, crafting the essence of Hereford in every sip.
