Matetic Vineyards produce cool-climate wines from Chile’s Casablanca Valley, where granitic and volcanic soils meet strong coastal influence. This Riesling is grown biodynamically in the Santo Tomas vineyard, with organic farming helping the vines reach natural balance.
Fruit is hand-harvested and gently pressed, with fermentation in stainless steel and extended lees contact to build texture. The wine is certified organic and biodynamic, and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
