Three Crows Syrah

An exciting project in collaboration with award-winning winemaker, Rod McDonald. Three Crows is made using fruit sourced from the Bridge Pa wine growing district in Hawke’s Bay. The palate is fleshy and has a great, vertical structure thanks to the inclusion of whole clusters. It has a beautiful earthiness, with generous fruit and a subtle thyme character. The tannins are chalky and give great length and power. Fruity with a long, complex and savoury finish.
