Montresor La Colombaia Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG

This is a classic Amarone della Valpolicella from Veneto, crafted using partially dried grapes grown on the hills north of Verona. Produced by a historic family house founded in 1892, it reflects a long tradition of appassimento winemaking. The drying process concentrates flavour and structure, creating a rich, full-bodied style with depth and warmth. Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes are hand harvested, then dried for several months before fermentation. The wine matures in oak for around two years, building complexity while retaining balance and approachability.
