Georges and Daniel Daou acquired and restored Hoffman Mountain Ranch in Paso Robles. A site that the father of Californian winemaking Andre Tchelistchef once hailed as a jewel of ecological elements.
Recognising the soil to be similar to that of Saint Emilion, the brothers knew it was the ideal site for the world-class cabernet sauvignon led wines they strived to produce. With the added advantage of extra sunlight exposure and the cooling influence of altitude and maritime breezes.
