Chateau Oumsiyat Jaspe Rouge

This Lebanese red blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault from high-altitude vineyards in the Bekaa Valley. Vines grow at 1,000 metres, where warm days and cool nights extend ripening and preserve natural freshness.

Calcareous clay soils retain water through dry summers, helping maintain balance and steady vine development. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel, with malolactic fermentation softening texture before final blending.

• The nose shows ripe blackberry and plum with subtle spice, lifted by freshness from the high-altitude vineyards.
• The palate is smooth and balanced, with dark fruit flavours supported by gentle tannins and rounded texture.
• The finish carries soft spice and freshness, with lingering black fruit and a clean, structured edge.
