Ki No Tea Gin is a small-batch spirit from Kyoto Distillery, Japan’s first dedicated artisanal gin distillery. Founded in Kyoto, the distillery is known for its meticulous craftsmanship and use of local ingredients. This expression was created in collaboration with Hori-Shichimeien, a historic tea grower founded in 1879 in the Uji region.
The gin is distilled with a rice spirit base and infused with a blend of super-premium Uji teas including Tencha and Gyokuro. Other botanicals include yuzu, lemon, orris root, juniper and Akamatsu (Japanese pine). It is certified vegan and vegetarian.
