Ki No Bi Sei Japanese Navy Strength Dry Gin is crafted by Kyoto Distillery, Japan’s first dedicated gin distillery, located in the historic city of Kyoto. The name means “The Beauty of the Seasons,” reflecting the distillery’s philosophy of using seasonal botanicals and traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
This gin follows the same meticulous production method as the original Ki No Bi, using a rice spirit base and pure Fushimi water. Botanicals are grouped into six flavour categories, base, citrus, tea, herbal, spice and floral. Ingredients include juniper, yuzu, sansho pepper, bamboo leaves and gyokuro green tea.
