Crafted in the cool climate of South Australia's Clare Valley, this sparkling red wine is a focused and refined expression of the traditional Cabernet Shiraz blend. Winemaker Neil Paulett established the estate after graduating from the Roseworthy oenology course in the early 1970s and spending a decade at Penfolds, one of Australia’s most respected wineries. Located 90 minutes north of Adelaide, the property now spans 150 hectares, with 47 under vine. Since the first vintage in 1983, Pauletts has earned national and international acclaim for wines that consistently reflect the region’s precision, structure and elegance.
