The 13th release, inspired by the storytelling legacy of Bad Wolf, the Cardiff-based television production company renowned for bringing powerful narratives to life, this limited-edition release embodies the imagination and innovation that has shaped Welsh identity across generations.

Matured in European oak for 10 years before being finished in tawny port casks and bottled at 46% ABV.

• On the nose Penderyn Icon of Wales Bad Wolf Whisky has delicate floral notes of orange blossom and rose petals. Following with warm, spiced aromas of fruitcake. Red and golden raisins, fig jam, and ripe berries - strawberry and raspberry - add brightness and texture.
• The palate opens with rich layers of stewed dark fruits and orchard tones, balanced by a gentle interplay of sweetness and saline character. Flavours of toffee, marzipan, and bittersweet marmalade unfold gracefully, with oak and spice lending structure and lift.
• The finish is long and evolving, revealing dried apricot and salted caramel dusted with nutmeg - beginning generously before tapering to a dry, elegant close.
