- This carefully crafted absinthe features a striking pale green colour. Complimented by the addition of Cornish seaweed, enhancing both its vibrant hue and subtle umami flavour. It's aroma is rich with aniseed and layered with delicious herbal notes.
- The wormwood is sourced from Josh at Wild St Ives, who grows it himself on the cliffs above Zennor, right near Pendour Cove - home to the Morveren legend.
- Despite its robust 66% ABV, the finish is unexpectedly smooth, with a crisp zing and very little burn.
Serve this Morveren Absinthe straight, also works beautifully with a sugar cube or poured over ice-cold water from a classic absinthe fountain.
