Oliver's Cheddar On My Mind Sparkling Fine Cider, as the name implies, is a cider that has been made specifically to pair with cheddar. This lightly sparkling hazy cider was made in collaboration with Cellarman Sam. It has a touch of barrel ageing and some residual sweetness. Expect soft tannins, juicy orange and tropical fruit, and notes of vanilla and toasted oak.
Enjoy with a mature Cheddar cheese..... obviously.
All Oliver's Cider & Perry products are gluten free, vegan friendly, sustainably made, and have few added sulphites.
