The sandy soils of the Camargue provide excellent drainage and naturally encourage the vines to produce concentrated, aromatic fruit. Constant sea breezes help preserve freshness throughout the growing season, while the coastal climate creates wines with vibrant acidity and remarkable elegance.

This unique environment is also home to the iconic pink flamingos that have become synonymous with the region, giving the wine both its name and its unmistakable sense of place.

A blend of Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir and Cinsault. To preserve their delicate aromas, the fruit is cooled immediately after harvest before being gently pressed at low pressure. This careful process extracts only the highest-quality juice, maintaining freshness and purity while avoiding harsh tannins or excessive colour.
