The Botanist Islay Fine Dry Gin is distilled at Bruichladdich Distillery on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. It is the first and only Islay Dry Gin, crafted using 22 hand-foraged island botanicals and 9 classic gin ingredients. Distilled slowly in a rare Lomond still known as Ugly Betty, it reflects the wild, herbaceous character of the island.
- The Botanist Islay Fine Dry Gin opens with apple mint, lemon peel, spring woodland herbs and a floral lift of summer meadows.
- The palate is silky and complex, revealing wild thyme, coriander, coconut, honeyed gorse and a touch of aniseed.
- Finishes long and fragrant with clover, wood sage and a whisper of sea breeze.
Pairs beautifully with oysters, herb-roasted chicken or fennel and citrus salad.
